摘要
研究了高胺菊酯和苯醚氰菊酯的非对映异构体反相高效液相色谱的分析方法，选用紫外检测器，通用的ＯＤＳ－Ｃ１８色谱柱，甲醇＋水为流动相，在选定的梯度洗脱色谱条件下，高胺菊酯和苯醚氰菊酯的顺反非对映异构体得到完全分离。该法快速简便，重现性好，可同时完成混合物中顺反非对映异构体的含量及总量的定量分析。
A simple and rapid method for RP_HPLC determination of diastereoisomers in tetramethrin and cyphenothrin mixtures has been developed.The cis/trans isomers in the mixtutres can be completely se_parated on a ODS_C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol_water,at the condition of a given gradient elution.
