摘要
从中国南海西沙群岛采集的海绵Ｓｐｏｎｇｉａｏｂｌｉｇｕｅ中分离得到系列生物碱，报道了两种吡咯并内酰胺生物碱ａｌｄｉｓｉｎ（Ｓ－Ⅰ）和２＿ｂｒｏｍｏａｌｄｉｓｉｎ（Ｓ－Ⅱ），用ＩＲ、ＭＳ、ＨＮＭＲ、ＣＮＭＲ和二维核磁共振谱（ＤＥＰＴ，Ｈ－ＨＣＯＳＹ，ＨＭＱＣ，ＨＭＢＣ）等波谱数据确定了它们的结构。
A series of alkaloids have been isolated from the sponge Spongia obligue collected from the Xisha Islands in the South China Sea.The structure of two pyrrololactam alkaloids,ie., aldisin S_Ⅰ and 2_bromoaldisin S_Ⅱ were determined with the aid of IR,MS,HNMR, CNMR,DEPT,H_H COSY,HMQC and HMBC.
