超声生物显微镜在闭角型青光眼合并白内障治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨超声生物显微镜(UBM)在闭角型青光眼合并白内障进行手术治疗的病例选择和疗效评价方面的应用。方法46例(52眼)闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者,术前均经UBM检查,选择做白内障超声乳化、人工晶体植入、房角分离治疗,术前、术后对比观察房角、前房深度、眼压等,判断疗效。结果术前眼压平均(51.69±9.68)mmHg,术后1周平均眼压(14.70±5.12)mmHg(P<0.05),随访后平均眼压(13.02±3.47)mmHg(P<0.05)。房角术后全部开放46眼;术前中央前房深度(ACD)平均(1.34±0.36)mm,术后中央前房深度平均(3.47±0.24)mm(P<0.05)。房角开放度数(AA)术前(19.23±5.05)度,术后(33.01±5.84)度(P<0.05)。房角开放距离(AOD500)术前(231±105)μm,术后(506±113)μm(P<0.05)。结论在闭角型青光眼合并白内障进行手术治疗中,应用UBM进行病例选择及评价疗效准确、可靠。 Objective To evaluate the use of ultrasound biomicroscope (UBM) in selection of operative methods and effect of follow-up duration. Method The 52 eyes of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract were examined by UBM, were treated with phaeoemulsification and goniosyneehialysis. The main outcome pre-operation and post-operation change of anterior chamber angle, depth of anterior chamber, intraoeular pressure were detected. The effect of operation was analyzed. Result The mean intraocular pressure was reduced from (51.69±9.68)mmHg of preoperation to (13.02±3.47)mmHg of postoperation(P〈 0.05). The anterior chamber angles of 46 eyes were open. The mean anterior chamber depth was (1.34±0.36)mm of preoperation to (3.47±0.24)mm (P〈0.05) of postoperation. The mean AA was (19.23±5.05)° of preoperation to (33.01 ±5.84)°. (P〈0.05) of postoperation. The mean AOD500 was (231±105)μm of preoperation to (506 ±113)μm (P〈0.05) of postoperation. Conclusion The use of ultrasound hiomicroscope (UBM) in selection of operative methods and effect of follow-up duration is a nicety and trustiness for treating angle-closure glaucoma with cataract.
