摘要
评述了近年来气相生长碳纤维的主要研究结果,介绍了气相生长碳纤维产品的性质、生产过程、生长机理、微观形态等。讨论了此种碳纤维高度石墨化的原因,并介绍了基体法与流动法气相生成碳纤维工艺。
The recent progress is reviewed in study of vaporgrown carbon fiber (VGCF). The excellent properties, growing process and mechanism, and morphology of VGCF are summarized with its high graphitizabitity explained from the structure. The growing techniques, substrate method and floating catalyst method, are discussed respectively.
