摘要
采用TPD方法比较研究了H2和CO分别在ZnO、ZnO/Al2O3、CuO/ZnO/Al2O3和CuO/ZnO/Al2O3/CeO2等催化剂上的吸附行为,讨论了铜基甲醇合成催化剂可能的吸附位,结果表明改进型的CuO/ZnO/Al2O3/CeO2催化剂中Cu+/Cu0比CuO/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂多,这有利于提高合成甲醇的速率。
The adsorption behaviors and sites possible for methanol synthesis from syngas on ZnO, ZnO/Al_2O_3,CuO/ZnO/Al_2O_3 and CuO/ZnO/Al_2O_3/CeO_2 were comparatively investigated by using H_2TPD and COTPD, respectively.The results revealed that the ratio of Cu^+/Cu0 in the modified fourcomponent catalyst CuO/ZnO/Al_2O_3/CeO_2 was larger than that in the catalyst CuO/ZnO/Al_2O_3,suggesting that modified one might have more efficiently catalytic activity for methanol synthesis.
