摘要
随着我国经济快速增长与自然环境之间的矛盾越来越突出,政府近年来出台了多项财政政策。分析2000年以来我国在环保科技领域的财政支出政策、税收政策、收费及价格政策变迁,分析其原理、问题并提出相应政策建议。
With the ever-expanding contradiction between rapid economic growth and the natural envrionment in China, the government has introduced a number of fiscal policies over the years.The paper analyzes the transformation of fiscal expenditure policy, taxation policy and tariffs policy on environmental protection since 2000, and also its principles and issues are analyzed together, and corresponding policy suggestions are also given.
