摘要
随着我国资本市场规模的扩大,其在社会经济中的作用亦愈发重要。在科技创新不断加速发展以及创新主体企业化后,资本市场本身存在的弊端:市场结构不合理、市场层次少、产品单一等问题,使其不能够充分发挥对科技创新的支持作用。进一步推动企业的科技创新,首先要树立创新导向型的资本市场新理念;其次要变革市场制度的多个方面促使创新发展;再次要建立多层次的市场结构推动科技企业发展;最后要更新资本市场产品满足高科技企业融资的需求。
As China＇s capital market expands, its role in the socio-economic becomes increasingly important. With the ever-increasing development of science and technology and after the innovation main body＇s enterprisation, the drawbacks inherent of the capital markets such as unreasonable market structure, less market-level and single products make it not capable to fully support the scientific and technological innovation. To further promote scientific and technological innovation of enterprises, it is required to establish a new market-oriented concept of the capital at first; Secondly, the market system shall be reformed in many aspects thus to promote innovation; Thirdly, a multi-level market structure shall be established to promote the development of science and technology enterprises; and at last, the capital market products shall be updated so as to meet requirements of high-tech corporate financing.
