摘要
为了减少对油层的伤害,研究使用泡沫对稠油井管外窜流进行封堵。建立不同压力体系下的管外窜流物理模型,分析管外窜流出液规律和注入方式对封堵效果的影响,评价岩心和模拟窜流通道的填砂管的突破压力和封堵效率。试验结果表明:气-液-气的注入方式效果最好;注入气体可以使油层压力升高到大于水窜层压力,压制水窜层水流出;稠油层注入困难,存在盖层,气和稠油不易分离,水窜层的水饱和了油层的亏空,也可以使油层压力升高到大于水窜层压力;注入流体转向主要进入了需要封堵的水窜层,泡沫封堵效果较好。
In order to decrease the damage to oil layer, foam was employed to plug outside channeling of heavy oil wells. A physical model of outside channeling in different pressure systems was established. The flow law of liquid of outside channeling and the influence of injection method on plugging effect were analyzed. The breakthrough pressures and plugging efficiencies of core and sandpack column were evaluated, and the core and sandpack column selectively simulate water/oil bed and channeling passageway. The results show that the injection effect of gas-liquid-gas is the best. The injected gas can raise reservoir pressure higher than that of water channeling bed and press water channeling. Owing to difficult injection in heavy oil reservoir, existing of capping formation, difficult separation of gas and heavy oil and channeling water saturated depletion of reservoir, the pressure of oil bed is higher than that of water channeling bed. Injected fluids mainly turn to water channeling formation, and good plugging effect can be obtained.
