摘要
配第—克拉克定理提出了人才结构与产业结构具有互动效应。从实证角度分析了广东省改革开放以来人才结构与产业结构的动态变化,验证了广东省区域经济发展严重不协调,存在较大的结构偏离度,实施"双转移"战略势在必行。
Petty-Clark theorem proposes the interactive effect between the talent structure and industrial structure. The article makes an empirical analysis of the dynamic changes in the talent structure and industrial structure since the reform and opening-up in Guangdong Province, which demonstrates that the regional economic development in Guangdong Province is out of tone. Consequently, the implementation of the ＂double shift＂ strategy is both inevitable and necessary.
