炼油企业含硫烃类废气吸收模拟与设计

摘要 研究了炼油企业含硫烃类废气的吸收试验效果,并采用pro/Ⅱ软件对其结果及吸收最优条件进行了模拟。结果表明,模拟结果与试验结果相吻合,在炼油企业,采用柴油吸收含硫烃类废气,在温度21℃,液气比50 L/m^3,采用金属鲍尔环填料条件下,可使含硫烃类废气中烃类去除率大于95.2%,有机硫DMDS的去除率可达100%。 This paper studies on hydrocarbon gas containing the effect of waste sulfur absorption experiment in refinery enterprises, and simulates the results and optimizing conditions using Pro/ Ⅱ software. The results show: the simulation results are coincident with the experiment results. In the refinery enterprise, the removal rate of hydrocarbon is more than 95.2% and removal rate of DMDA is up to 100% under condition of temperature 21 ℃ ,liquid gas ratio 50 L/m^3 and metal pall ring packing if diesel is used to absorb waste hydrocarbon gas containing sulfur.
