摘要
本文报道有关金属有机化合物形态分析中样品的采集和贮存方法．从样品提取与富集，衍生化技术，净化与浓缩方法等几个方面，评述了应用气相色谱－原子光谱测定痕量金属有机化合物形态的样品制备方法．最后论及金属有机化合物的气相色谱分离和检测技术．
A review of organometallic speciation by gas chromatography is presented. Methods for the pretreatment of environmental and biological samples, including sampling and storage, extraction, derivatization, clean up, as well as preconcentration etc., are considered in detail for the speciation of organometallic compounds by gas chromatography. Separation and detection of organometallic compounds in GC hyphenated systems is also discussed briefly.
