摘要
在医疗体制改革中,要处理好医学人道主义与功利主义的关系。传统的医学人道主义不能适应市场经济条件下的医疗实践。对人道主义的改良和对人道功利主义的探讨,喻示出在坚持人道主义的前提下两者的融合趋向。
In health system reform, the balance between medical humanitarianism and utilitarianism should be dealt with. The traditional medical humanitarianism can not match with the medical practice under the market economy. Redefining humanitarianism and exploring humanitarian-utilitarianism, suggest the trend of integrating both concepts and practices.
