摘要
计算了在不同温度及压力条件下MFT改质反应的平衡组成。结果表明,在所选的反应条件下,丙烷是热力学上有利的产物,获得最高含量。增加体系压力或降低反应温度,芳烃的平衡含量增加较小,但芳烃的组成变化较大。与工业性试验的结果进行了比较并认为,环烷烃的芳构化可能是该改质反应的决速步反应。通过对改质反应达到热力学平衡组成时的热效应计算,结果表明该过程是一热效应较小的放热反应。
The equilibrium analysis is carried out for the reaction system of Modified FischerTropsch (MFT) reforming Calculated results indicate that the formation of light component is favoured at higher temperatures or lower pressures There is little influence of temperature or pressure on the equilibrium content of total aromatics However,the distribution of aromatics is greatly affected by temperature or pressure It is implied from the comparison between equilibrium composition and the results of industrial test that the ratedetermining step may be the aromatization of naphthene for the reforming process The calculation of reaction heat at the thermodynamic equilibrium state indicates that the process is a slight exothermic reaction
