摘要
以邻苯二酚、异丁烯为原料,酸性分子筛为催化剂催化合成对叔丁基邻苯二酚,探讨了各工艺条件对反应结果的影响,确定了最优反应条件。反应温度140℃,反应时间8 h,物料配比n(邻苯二酚)/n(异丁烯)=1∶1.2,催化剂质量分数为20%,对叔丁基邻苯二酚收率均可达85%以上,催化剂可重复使用30次以上。
The p--t--butylcatechol (TBC) was synthesized from catechol, isobutylene and acidic zeolite using as a new catalyst. Effect of process conditions on reaction was investigated. The optimum technology parameters were obtained. The yield of TBC is above 85% every time when the reaction temperature is 140 ℃, the reaction time is 8 h, the mole ratio of catechol to isobutylene is 1 : 1.2, and mass fraction of the catalyst is 20% which can be repeatedly used more than 30 times.
