摘要
不动产善意取得制度在法律上得到明确的认可是我国物权法的一大亮点。从不动产善意取得的渊源和外国立法例入手,分析我国不动产善意取得制度建立及其意义,并进一步研究在我国适用不动产善意取得应该注意的问题。
The fair acquisition of real estate which has got a definite legal approval is a strongpoint of Chinese Property Law. This article begins with the source of fair acquisition and the legislations for it in foreign countries, then analyzes its constitution and significance; and at last, discusses what should be given more attention in our country.
