摘要
云南民办高职大专虽然在校园硬件建设、办学规模和教学质量上有很大进步,取得了巨大成绩,但也有不足之处。面对机遇和挑战,笔者结合自己多年办学及高校管理经验,审时度势,从10个方面深刻诠释云南民办高等职业教育存在的不足,结合云南民办高职院校强化教学管理提高教学质量的实践,提出云南民办高职院校应遵循在"传承历史,稳定发展,积极创新"的原则,从教学计划管理、教学运行管理、教学质量管理与评价,以及专业、课程、教材、实验室、实践教学基地、学风、教学队伍、教学管理制度等方面进行改革和建设。
Although Yunnan private vocational college has made great progress and achievements in hardware construction, school size and the teaching quality, there are also shortcomings. Facing with campus the opportunities and challenges, under the principle of ＂historical inheritance, stable development, active innovation ＂, the paper proposes the reform and construction of teaching management system and so on.
