摘要
采用有机分子自组装(Self-Assembly)成膜技术将硅烷偶联剂[(CH_3O)_3Si(CH_2)_3SH]组装在普通的玻片表面,得到二维有序的单层有机膜,并将膜端基(SH)原位氧化为磺酸基(SO_3H).利用该功能基(SO_3H)的吸附性,从四氯化钛的水溶液中淀积制得了TiO_2薄膜.X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等研究显示,TiO_2薄膜是均匀和连续的,具有良好的透明性.
Single layer of 3 - mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (KH - 590) bearing -SH functional groups was assembled onto the hydroxylated surface of glass. The terminal -SH groups at the exposed surface were oxidized in situ into sulfonic acid groups. The acidity and net negative charge of the sulfonate surface promote the hydrolysis and surface attachment of solvated titanium containing species to form TiO2 thin films. Characterization using XPS and AFM shows that the TiO2 films have excellent adherence, pore - free, and fine transparency.
