摘要
为了提高回流焊接工艺的质量,必须对影响焊接质量的关键因素--温度进行实时测试。基于VB建立了回流焊温度测试系统的软件,介绍了温度测试系统软件的设计目标、系统结构、系统软件设计和实现等内容,探讨了其中的关键技术及设计方法。系统软件根据采集的温度生成回流焊温度曲线并对温度数据进行分析,实践表明该系统具有良好的实时性和准确性、有助于提高回流焊接工艺的质量。
To improve the quality of reflow soldering,it is essential to carry on real-time test of temperature which is the key factor affecting the soldering＇s quality. A reflow soldering Temperature Measurement System has established based on VB. The article intro- duced the Temperature Measurement System＇s software design objectives,system structure,system＇sofiware design and implementation, etc.,which has discussed the key technologies and design methods. The system software generated a reflow soldering temperature curve according to the sampling temperature data,practice proved the system has good real-time and accuracy peculiarity, it also improved the quality of reflow soldering.
