摘要
研究了铜基催化剂上CO2加氢合成甲醇反应中掺入CO的作用.结果表明,在原料中添加少量CO,甲醇的选择性提高38%,收率提高25%;TPD-MS和TPSR-MS结果表明,CO能抑制催化剂表面起逆水汽变换作用的活性位对CO2的吸附,从而提高了CO2加氢合成甲醇的选择性.
The effect of adding CO to the raw gases for methanol synthesis from the hydrogenation of carbon dioxide over the CuO/ZnO/Al 2O 3 catalysts has been reported. Small amount of CO in the raw gases can increase the selectivity and yield of methanol by 38% and 25%, respectively. TPD MS and TPSR MS results indicate that CO can suppress the adsorption of CO 2 on the sites, which bring about the reverse water gas shift reaction and hence promote the selectivity of methanol.
