摘要
根据铝合金车体结构特点和工程需要,基于遗传算法研究了集截面、形状和拓扑优化于一身的优化方法。讨论了优化模型的确定、型材形状优化和筋板配置拓扑优化的思路。编制了应用软件,并完成工程实例,设计变量覆盖承载结构的70%,证实上述方法的有效性。
According to the structure feature of aluminium-alloy car body and engineering requirement, based on the method, that including genetic algorithm studied cross section, conformation and topological optimization, this paper discussed the optimization model, optimization conformation of section and topological optimization of rib distribution. The application software, had been compiled and a case study was completed. Design variables covered 700% of load carrying structure, it conforms the validity of the method.
