旋转磁场作用下的MAG焊电弧运动特征 被引量:2

摘要 将励磁电流大小和励磁频率可调的横向旋转磁场应用于MAG焊电弧;利用高速摄像技术,研究保护气体为φ(Ar)98%+φ(O2)2%的MAG焊;在励磁频率不变的情况下,调节励磁电流大小,以及在励磁电流不变的情况下,调节励磁频率的大小;分别研究了励磁电流大小和励磁频率对MAG焊电弧影响的机理和电弧的运动行为,研究励磁电流大小对弧高的影响规律;试验结果表明:当励磁频率不变时,励磁电流越大,电弧旋转半径越大,弧高降低;当励磁电流不变时,励磁频率越大,电弧旋转半径越小,弧高降低。 This paper is introduces that the transverse rotation magnetic filed is applied on the MAG welding.The magnetization current and magnetization frequency of the transverse rotation magnetic filed can be changed.The MAG welding with the shield gas of φ(Ar) 98%+φ(O2)2% is researched using the high velocity camera.The fixing magnetization frequency,by altering the magnetization current and fixing the magnetization current,by altering the magnetization frequency,the effecting mechanics of the magnetization current and the magnetization frequency on the MAG welding arc and the arc motion behavior are researched.The effecting law of the magnetization current on the are height is researched.The experiments results show that,when the magnetization frequency is fixed, the magnetization current increases, the arc rotation radius will increase ,the arc height will decrease.When the magnetization current is fixed,the arc rotation radius will decrease ,the arc height will decrease.
