摘要
对聚酰胺6(PA 6)/聚烯烃弹性体(POE)共混体系的动态冲击断裂曲线(应力-时间曲线)和冲击断面的微观形貌进行了研究。结果表明:随着POE加入量的增大,共混物的缺口冲地强度大幅提高,当POE的质量分数为20%时,应力-时间曲线和冲击断面的微观形貌均显示出由脆性到韧性转变的明显特征。
The dynamic impact fracture curve and the micro-morphology on the fracture surface of blends made from Polyamide 6 (PA6)/polyolefin elastomer (POE) were studied in this paper. The results showed that the notched impact strength of the blends increased obviously with raise of the POE content. When the POE content was up to 20% the curve and the fracture micro-morphology indicated distinctly transition from brittleness to toughness.
