摘要
本文在25具(男14女11)专供科研用的成人尸体上,用显微外科解剖技术,解剖和测量了50侧正中神经的来源动脉、营养动脉的长度和外径等。共解剖出营养动脉365条。来源动脉和营养动脉的长度、口径分别为25.44±3.30mm,9.81±0.71mm,0.40±0.02mm,1.61±0.06mm。营养动脉主要发自肱动脉(82侧22.46±5.90％);正中动脉(80侧21.92±5.85％);桡动脉(37侧10.13±4.26％)。
The nutrient arteries and their parent arteries of the median nerves were studied in 25 human adult autopsy subjects,365 nutrient arteries were found in 50 sides of the upper limbs. For the nutrient arteries, the average of the branches is 7.30 ?.11 (3-11). as well as, the average length and the average exterior diameter are 9.81 ?.71mm(2-36mm) and 0.4?.02mm (0.2-1.0mm) respect ively.The main parent arteries of the nutrient artreies are the axillary artery (26), the brachial artery(82), the median artery (80), the radial artery (37) and the collateral inferior artery of the ulnar (27) respectively.
