摘要
用过碘酸——氮基硫脲——蛋白银细胞化学方法观察绵羊口腔真角化上皮(硬腭、齿板和丝状乳头)和类角化上皮(软腭)中两型膜包鞭粒的糖蛋白性质。Ⅰ型颗粒(硬腭和软腭)的周边内含物富含糖蛋白,而中央内含物不具有糖蛋白的性质。硬腭和软腭上皮中,被覆于上皮细胞胞膜表面的电子致密物富含糖蛋白。这层物质来自Ⅰ型颗粒。这些糖蛋白物质可能是上皮渗透屏障的组成成分之一。Ⅱ型颗粒(齿板,丝状乳头和软腭)不与过碘酸——氨基硫脲——蛋白银方法反应。
Two types of membrane-coating granules (MCG) occurring on orthokeratinized (hard palate, dental pad and filiform papillae) and parakeralinized (soft palate) sheep oral epithelia were examinied with periodic acid-thiocarbohydrazide-silver prote inate technique for glycoprotein property. The periphery content of type Ⅰ MCG (hard and soft palate) was rich in glycoproteins, but the central content did not contain glycoprotein. The cell surface coating of hard and soft palate had the property of glycoproteins, idicatinng that the coating material was from type Ⅰ MCG.The glycoprotein material may contribute to the epithelial permeability barrier. Type Ⅱ MCG (dental pad, filiform papillae and soft palate) were negative in reaction with this technique.
