摘要
通过对30侧成人下肢的解剖,观察了大腿内上部皮瓣的血液供应来源。分布于该皮瓣的皮动脉是起干股动脉的缝匠肌内缘上皮动脉。本文对该皮动脉的位置,外径和分支作了观测。
Using 30 cases of lower limbs of cadaver, the out calibre, running direction and distribution extend of the superior cutaneous artery of medial border of sartosrius was studied. This artery is main cutaneous artery to supply this flap and always comes from the femoral artery. In this study, to provid the applied anatomical data of this skin flap.
