摘要
目的了解二级医院精神科护士心理健康状况及生活质量现状。方法采用症状自评量表和生活质量综合评定问卷对二级医院104名精神科护士及50名同级医院非精神科护士进行测评。结果精神科护士除人际关系因子低于常模组(P<0.05)、敌对因子与常模组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余因子分均明显高于常模组(P<0.01)。总体生活质量及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活4个维度得分均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论二级医院精神科护士心理健康水平和生活质量相对较差,应引起重视。
Objective To investigate the mental health and quality of life among psychiatric nurses in secondary hospitals in order to explore rational coping strategies. Methods A total of 104 psychiatric nurses from a secondary hospital and 50 non - psychiatric nurses were recruited and investigated with Symptom Checklist - 90 （ SCL - 90） and General Quality of Life Inventory （ GQOLI - 74）. Results The factor score of interpersonal relationship in psychiatric nurses was lower than the norm （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in hostility factor between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. But the scores of other factors were higher than the norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Regarding the quality of life, the score of general quality of life and factor scores of body function, mental function,social function and material life in psychiatric nurses were significantly lower than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The mental health and quality of life in psychiatric nurses were relatively poor.
