摘要
民事诉讼调解作为我国一项重要法律制度,在构建和谐社会中发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着社会主义市场经济的不断深入,公民的民事权益之争越来越复杂多样化,如何提高民事诉讼中调解的实效显得尤为重要。全面、准确储存和了解调解案件信息,充分发挥法官的调解作用,采取适当的调解方法,可以提高民事诉讼的调解实效。
As an important legal system in our country, civil mediation is playing an increasingly important role in building a harmonious society. However, with the development of socialist market economy, the debate on civil rights has diversified and thus to improve the effectiveness of mediation in civil proceedings seems very important. The effectiveness of mediation in civil proceedings can be improved by obtaining comprehensive and accurate information of the case, giving full play to the mediating role of judges and adopting appropriate mediation approach.
