摘要
员工在面对广泛进行的变革过程时往往只担心自己成为受害者,而不期盼机遇的到来。引导企业进行一次革命性转变的“根治疗法”,在欧洲企业中至今收效甚微。它们一方面同我们的企业文化相矛盾,另一方面又忽视了员工的权能。本文提出了适合于欧洲重组方案成功实施的必要条件。
Persons confronted with extensive processes of change often apprehend personal sacrifices rather than expect chances. 'Drastic cures' leading to a revolutionary change in the enterprise have been little successful in European firms so far. Such 'cures' contradict our corporate cultutes on the one hand and ignore our employees' competences on the other hand. The following article specifies the prerequisites for success of a European conception of reengineering.
