摘要
移动式互连互通系统能够在IP层上实现多种通信网络的互连,具有良好的移动性以及强大的连通能力,在自然灾害、紧急事故、突发安全事件中起着重要的应急通信作用。文章结合具体的电力行业工程实施方案,研究了互连互通系统的构成、原理以及涉及到的关键技术,分析了系统的实现方法,介绍了系统的功能。
Mobile interoperability system can realize many kinds of communication network interconnection at IP layer which is of great mobility and strong interconnected capacity. Such system plays an important role in disaster and emergency situation. Based on the specific project implementation plan, this paper discusses the configuration, principle and key technologies of the interoperability system based on IP, analyses the implementation methods and introduces the system functions.
