聚能金属射流开采石矿的形成过程数值研究 被引量:2

摘要 传统钻孔爆破所产生之爆炸冲击波和爆炸产生的气体的准静态压力对围岩的作用,增加了围岩的损伤,本研究提出了用聚能射流开采岩石方法的分析,以达到切割平整和对围岩无损伤的目的。对聚能射流各阶段进行了详细地计算建模,考虑了炸药爆轰、金属的驱动、药型罩压垮以及射流和杵体的形成过程。采用ANSYSAUTODYN软件模拟了聚能装药金属射流,得出了射流形成的过程以及相应的物理现象。仿真结果药型罩顶部和底部微元的压垮速度较小,在射流头部形成反向速度梯度,与计算数据吻合较好,对于爆炸聚能射流对在岩石孔内进行切割工程设计与侵彻参数的计算具有一定的参考价值。 The shock wave and quasi-static state gas that were created by tradition block holing would influence the wall-rock and damage it in quarrying and cutting. For the purpose of the cutting level off and the scatheless wall-rock, the shaped charge was used for the inner cutting and quarrying in the paper. The simulation of the whole course of shaped change metal jet was perfor- mance by the ANSYS AUTODYN. The simulation shows: the top and bottom of the metal liner were collapsed slowly; the collapse velocity of the middle of liner was quicker, and a velocity gradient was formed, the focal point was the maximum velocity point. It could be concluded that the study could be used in the engineering design for stone inner cutting and the calculation of penetration parameters.
