摘要
目的探讨低场磁共振(MRCP)的临床应用及诊断价值。方法采用0.2T低场磁共振对85例胰胆管疾病患者行MRCP检查,分析其影像表现,以评价低场磁共振MRCP检查的价值。结果85例胰胆管疾病均能较好显示胆管扩张,所有病例均经一次扫描成像,基本能够满足诊断要求。结论利用低场磁共振进行MRCP检查具有无创、安全、简单,可显示梗阻部位、准确判断引起梗阻原因等优点。
Objective To investigate the low -field magnetic resonance MRCP of the clinical application and diagnostic value. Methods The use of 0.2T low -field magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography in 85 cases with pancreas and bile duct diseases and all patients were examined by MRCP, analyzed imaging and evaluated low field magnetic resonance for MRCP examination. Results 85 cases of pancreas and bile duct diseases were confirmed by a scan imaging and it were met the basic requirements to the diagnosis. Conclusion Low - field magnetic resonance examination for MRCP is non - invasive, safe and simple, the causes and site of obstruction can be accurately displayed by MR cholangiopancreatography.
