烫伤对大鼠下丘脑室旁核AVP阳性细胞的影响 被引量:7

摘要 本文用免疫组织化学PAP方法和计算机图像分析仪定量分析研究了烫伤对下丘脑室旁核精氨酸加压素(AVP)阳性细胞分泌的影响。大白鼠24只,均分成烫伤后立即及1、2、3、4小时组和对照组。结果表明:(1)烫伤后下丘脑室旁核AVP阳性反应物体积缩小。烫伤后立即及1、2小时三组与对照组相较,差异均有非常显著的意义,烫伤后3小时AVP阳性反应物体积渐回升,烫伤后4小时组与烫伤后立即及1.2小时组相较,差异均有显著的意义;但烫伤后4小时组仍未恢复到对照组的水平,两者的差异有显著的敢义。(2)烫伤后下丘脑室旁核AVP阳性细胞胞体阳性反应物体积缩小。 Influence of scald on the positive arginine vasopressin (AVP)cells of the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) of the hypothalamus was studied in twenty four adult male Wistar rats by using immuno histochcmical method and image quantitative analysis. The results are as follows:1. After scald the volume of positive reacting AVP of PVN decreases.At immediacy, one and two hours groups of scald, the volumes decrease very distinctly and the difference between these volumes and the volume of the contrast group is very statistically significant. After three hours of scald the volume rises gradually again, difference between four hours group of scald and immediacy, one and two hours groups of scald is statistically significant) but the volume of four hours group of scald is still smallar than that of contrast group, difference between two groups is statistically significant.2.The volume of positive reacting AVP of the body of the positive AVP cell becomes smaller affer scald.
