摘要
介绍了中石化乙烯裂解、乙二醇、PTA、氯乙烯、苯乙烯等重要石油化工装置开展RBI评估结果,简要讨论了这些装置风险的主要影响因素,并就化工装置进一步开展RBI评估工作,通过RBI降低大修开盖率提出了建议。
In this paper, risk - based inspection results are presented for such important petrochemical units as the ethene pyrolyzer, glycol, PTA, chloroethylene and styrene etc. Main risk influence factors are briefly discussed for these plants. Some suggestions on further RBI assessments are also given to reduce lid open rates of plan maintaining.
