摘要
电信部门目标管理中的一个重要问题是对电话话务量发展前景进行合理预测。对此，本文提出话务量组合预测的人工神经网络方法，并选取一组标样进行具体尝试。结果表明，用这种方法预测我国长途电话话务量效果较好。
One important problem of objective management in departments of posts and telecommunications is the rational forecast of call development. To solve this problem, the artificial neural network approach to combination of forecasts on long distance call is presented in the paper, and a group of samples are selected for trials. The results show a good adaptation of this method.
