管道冰堵位置检测传感器的卡具优化

摘要 利用应变式传感器对管道冰堵位置进行检测时,为了操作方便,避免多次粘贴应变片,建议采用可以多次拆装的卡具元件。本文对卡具结构进行研究,提出了一种开椭圆形小孔的卡具结构,对该卡具在检测过程中的受力情况进行了理论分析,并应用有限元分析软件进行了模拟,分析结果表明其可以有效地提出输出信号的信噪比,为该卡具的使用奠定了理论基础。 When the ice-jamming position of pipe was checked by resistance strain sensation, it was proposed to adopt a clamp which could be dismantled and installed times without number to make the operation convenient and avoid affixing resistance strain flakes repeatedly. In this paper, a clamp with a small elliptic hole was advanced, then the loading situation of clamp was analyzed theoretically and the distribution of stress was simulated through finite element method. All the analysis indicates that with this clamp the signal-to-noise of the sensor is improved and lays a foundation for the use of clamp in checking ice-jamming position of pipe.
