摘要
本文对含有脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐的涤纶油剂进行分析,采用中性Al_2O_3柱可一次将各组分分开,用化学分析法及红外、紫外和核磁共振法对组分进行结构鉴定,确定该油剂中含有脂肪酸酯、1,2,4取代苯的羧酸酯、油酸聚乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠盐。
Spinning finish for polyester is analyzed with neutral Al_2O_3 column; all constituents can be separated in a single test. The structural identification of the constituents is carried out by chemical analytic method, IR, UV and NMR. It is proved that the spinning finish contains aliphatic ester; 1, 2, 4-benzene tricarboxylic ester; polyethylene glycol oleate; polyethylene glycol and sodium aliphatic polyoxyethylene alcohol sulfate.
