摘要
近一个时期,国家为深化土地改革、加强土地调控、严格土地管理、规范征地程序、加强被征地农民社会保障,陆续制定出台了一系列政策和相关规定,征地工作不断向规范化、科学化、法制化和程序化迈进。根据国家有关政策、法律法规及南水北调征地移民工作规程规范,参照相关办法,研究探讨不同方式的永久征地工作组织模式,为各地结合地方实际,采取适当工作组织模式,完成下阶段南水北调征迁安置永久征地任务,提供参考和借鉴。
In order to strengthen the land reform and control,normalize the land expropriation process and protect the farmers, there are a series of policy and regulations are published. According to the relative laws and regulations, the work organization modes of permanent land expropriation are discussed.
