摘要 介绍电磁超声数据采集和分析软件的设计和实现,该软件基于虚拟仪器技术,以高速数据采集卡获取电磁超声接收线圈中的电压信号,采集到的数据采用计算机进行分析、处理和存储,具有简洁、友好的用户界面和包括频谱分析、与MATLAB交互和自动化极值连续测量在内的丰富的功能,简化了电磁超声信号的采集和测量步骤。 This paper introduced the design and implementation of data acquisition and analysis software for EMAT inspection device, based on virtual instrumentation technology. Voltage signal from EMAT receiver coil was acquired through high speed DAQ card, then analyzed, processed and stored on the computer. This software has friendly user interface, provides powerful functions including spectrum analysis, MATLAB environment interaction and automatic signal magnitudes continuous measurement, and simplifies the EMAT signals acquisition and measurement operations.
