摘要
三带喙库蚊在上海奉贤于12月中旬灯诱消失,消失前吸血活动与当天傍晚气温、风力及降雨等气象条件变化有关。当气温低于11℃,降雨或风力超过5级时,夜间畜舍灯诱蚊消失。幼虫于12月中旬消失。畜舍灯诱蚊吸血率为88%,受精率为88%;未产蚊为70.26%,经产蚊为28.53%,产1次卵的占26.35%。卵巢滤泡发育观察表明,滞育蚊占12.3%,发育蚊占81.2%。晚秋月份种群密度变化资料用Fuzzy法统计分析表明,10、11月每天进入畜舍的虫口相对密度分别为7~18只与6~12只。
In Fengxian, Shanghai Culex tritaeniorhynchus Giles disappeared in the middle ten days of Dec. Feeding activity of the females varied with the changes of temperature, wind, and rain in autumn. When the temperature was below 11℃ or in rain or strong wind (over 5 classes) no females were caught in the livestock sheds. Fed-females collected from the live stock sheds were 88%. Insemination rates were 88%. Nulliparous and parous females were70.26%, 28.53%, respectively. The rate of the first parous females was 26.35%. Observations on ovarian development showed that diapause and non-diapause females were 12.3% and 81.2% respectively. Adult density was 7-18 and 6-12 in Nov by Fuzzy analytic method.
