摘要
目的探讨浓百合剂止咳、祛痰、平喘和抗炎的功效。方法采用小鼠氨水引咳法、豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法、小鼠酚红祛痰法、豚鼠磷酸组胺引喘法、小鼠耳肿胀法和大鼠足跖肿胀法。结果浓百合剂可延长小鼠因氨水所致及豚鼠因枸橼酸所致的咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排痰量;对抗豚鼠由磷酸组胺所致的哮喘,延长动物跌倒的潜伏期;减轻二甲苯致小鼠的耳肿胀和角叉菜胶致大鼠的足肿胀,抗炎作用明显。结论浓百合剂具有较好的止咳、祛痰、平喘、抗炎作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Nongbai mixture on stopping coughing, eliminating phlegm,inhibiting asthma and anti - inflammation. METHODS Ammonium hydroxide induced coughing models in mice, citric acid induced coughing models in guinea pigs, trache -phenol red excretory model in mice, histamine phosphate induced coughing models in guinea pigs, auricle edema models induced by xylene in mice and paw edema models induced by carrageenin in rats were adopted. RESULTS Nongbai mixture could prolong latent period of cough in mice and guinea pigs and decrease the frepuency of cough, increase phlegm - eliminating quantity of phenol red in mice, resist the symptoms of asthma by histamine phosphate in guinea pigs and prolong the latent period of falling down, and lessen the auricular edema induced by xylene in mice and paw edema induced by carrageenin in rats. CONCLUSION Nongbai mixture has good effects on stopping coughing, eliminating phlegm, inhibiting asthma and anti - inflammation.
