摘要
本文报告用电化学法制备高铁酸钠(Na_2FeO_4)浓溶液(50~80g/L)合成高铁酸钾(K_2FeO_4)结晶新工艺,由于电解产量和稳定性大大提高,选择了结晶反应的最佳实验条件,一次结晶收得率92.35~96.30%,比传统的化学氧化法简化了工艺流程,减少了原料消耗,提高了结晶收得率,大大降低了成本。
A new technology of synthesizing crystal K_2FeO_4 from solution of Na_2FeO_4(50-80g/l) by electro-chemical method was reported. With the new method, the stability and the production rate of the electrolysis process were greatly increased and the one-time crystal yield migt reach 92.35~96.30% under optimal conditions. As compared with the traditional chemico-oxidation method, this new process was simplified and the productivity increased, while the consumption of raw materials and thus the total cost were reduced.
