摘要
目的提高手术室护生的护理风险意识，使其掌握护理风险环节的处置方法，确保手术的安全、顺利地进行。方法选择在手术室实习的60名护生发放问卷，并调查护生对手术室护理风险环节的认知情况。结果对手术室容易出现差错事故风险环节的护理操作知识不清楚的护生占绝大多数。结论通过加强手术室护生对护理风险认知，提高护生的风险意识，从而减少和杜绝因护理缺陷而造成医源性问题的发生。
Objective To enhance the risk awareness of practicing nurses in operation room, make them master skills of handling risk events, and ensure the operation safety. Methods Questionnaires were dispatched to 60 practicing nurses in our division during 2007 to 2008. Recoglaition of nursing risk link was investigated and analyzed, precaution against operation risk was proposed and performed. Results The majority of practicing nurses knew the nursing skills tending to cause operation errors or accidents vaguely. Conclusions Recognition of nursing risk attaches much importance to successful operation. It is of importance to strengthen the recognition of nursing risk and enhance risk awareness of practicing nurses in operation room.
