摘要
本文利用自制的羊毛多功能染色助剂SFR-502,对羊毛低温快速染色工艺进行了详细的研究.该助剂可用于散毛、毛条及匹染工艺,染色时间缩短至2.5小时,染色温度降至85℃,有增艳效果,还能降低染色废水中的铬含量,则可大大提高毛织物的品质,降低成本,具有重大的社会经济效益.
This paper deals with the technology of fast low temperature wool dyeing by adopted of the dyeing agent SFR-502 which was developed by the authors. The agent can be used in dyeing wool fibres, worsted top and wool fabric. After adpted the agent, the dyeing time was shortened to 2. 5 hours and the dyeing temperature decreased to 85℃; the color effect was good and the chromium in the wastewater was low. The quality of dyed wool fabrics can be increased and cost decreased. So it is of great social and economic benefit by using this agent.
