摘要
在研究汽车保有量及其影响因素的基础上,依照神经网络系统理论,建立了神经网络预测模型,与传统的灰色预测法相比,预测精度得到了较大的提高,对合理制定运力资源管理政策,确定运力征用预案具有重要的参考价值。
According to the theory of neural network system, a forecast medel of BP Neural Network is established on the basis of studying the vehicle population and its affecting facors. The forecasting accuracy is improved greatly comparing with the traditional grey forecast model.
