摘要
随着军事科技的发展、军事变革的持续推进,装备合同商保障越来越呈现出其必然性。为推进装备合同商保障建设的快速、健康发展,我军必须在充分考虑国情、军情的基础上,建立适合我军特色的合同商保障理论,构建适应我军建设与发展需要的装备合同商保障体系,适时构建和完善装备合同商保障法规体系。
Taking a full consideration about our state situation and our army situation, the paper considers that our army must set up a theory of contractor support being fit for our army＇s characteristics, establish an equipment contractor support system suiting the needs of construction and development of our army and try to build up and improve the law and regulation system for equipment contractor support.
