摘要
从横向和纵向两个维度对供应链绿色合作进行经济分析,讨论了不同单链供应链横向绿色合作的条件,指出集群式供应链实施横向绿色合作的驱动力和具有经济性的关键因素。进一步分析了目前基于传统生产模式的集群企业实施跨链合作所面对的困难及障碍,提出了集群中小企业集群式供应链构建措施及实施对策。
The paper analyzes the economic value of supply chain green cooperation horizontally and vertically, discusses the basic conditions of horizontal single supply chain green cooperation, points out the driving power and the key factors of clustering supply chain＇s horizontal green cooperation, analyzes the difficulties and obstacles of clustering enterprises based on traditional production mode implementing horizontal cooperation and proposes how the small-medium enterprises to establish clustering supply chain.
