摘要
目的:探讨我院门急诊处方用药合理性,提高合理用药水平。方法:对我院2006年4月-2008年3月门急诊处方进行审核,对不合理用药进行汇总分析。结果:共审核处方28 286张,不合理用药处方1 067张(3.77%);主要存在用法用量不当、药理拮抗、配伍禁忌、重复用药、选药不当等问题。结论:临床医生、药师应加强药学知识的学习,提高合理用药水平。
Objective： To investigate the rationality of drug use by auditing the outpatient prescriptions and to improve the irrational drug use. Method： The problems in prescriptions between April, 2006 and March, 2008 were collected in our hospital and analyzed. Result： Of the total 28286 prescriptions audited, 1 067 （3.77%）were irrational. The problems of the irrational drug use were seen mainly in irrational doses and ways of administration, pharmacodynamic antagonism, incompatibility, repetitive drug use and irrational choice of drugs. Conclusion： Clinicians and pharmacists should receive continuing education in the pharmaceutical knowledge so as to improve their rational drug use level.
