摘要
采用摩擦焊接工艺是开发重型导向钎杆和降低制造成本的最有效方法。本文介绍了重型导向钎杆的结构特点、工艺设计、摩擦焊接工艺制定和实施。指出摩擦焊接与材料选择、机加工和热处理有机结合才能确保重型导向钎杆质量。
Friction welding is the most efficient method to develop the heavy guide drill and reduce the cost. The paper introduces the drill structural features, technical design, and the establishment and implementation of the technique. Meanwhile it denotes that the option of friction welding and materials and the combination of machining and heat treatment can ensure the drill quality.
