摘要 现有的井下电牵引采煤机多以启停状态监测为主,无法有效地监测采煤机的运行状态。本文针对总体布置的采煤机,提出了采煤机关键参数的监测方法。根据调高模型,总结了采煤机非水平工作时采高的精确计算公式;应用串行输出的绝对型编码器,推导出采煤机相对于液压支架的位置公式;阐述了监测井下瓦斯浓度、截割部、牵引部电机电流和高速轴温度的方案。该方法可实现对采煤机外部参数和内部参数的动态监测,为制定采煤机远程监测系统的整体方案奠定了基础。 Shearer starting and stopping state have been mainly monitored for the present underground electrical haulage shearer, thus the shearer working state cannot be monitored effectively. Aimed at the shearer general arrangement, the method monitoring shearer key parameters is advanced. According to the horizontal control shear model, the paper concludes the accurate formula of the mining height when shearers work in the non-horizontal condition; by the absolute encoder with the serial output, deduces the shearer relative working position to hydraulic supports; and amplifies the program to monitor the gas concentration, the motor current in the traction position, the cutting part and the high-speed shaft temperature. The method can realize the dynamic monitor for shearer external and internal parameters effectively, which provides the basis for the whole-plan decision of the remote monitoring system.
