摘要
用0.25%的壳聚糖包衣处理"翘头青"萝卜品种,在20℃下发芽,可以明显增加种子活力,提高发芽率,幼苗的湿重、干重、根长、根鲜重以及幼苗叶片重的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质以及可溶性糖等的含量。
Treated by 0. 25% of chitosan-eoated handleon ＂Mice Green in the first＂ radish varieties under 20℃ ,it obviously germination can be improved seed germination rate, seedlings of wet weight, dry weight, root length, root fresh weight and the weight of the leaves of chlorophyll, soluble protein content, soluble sugar and so on.
